Manage MyMachines & Manage MyMachines /Remote is currently experiencing issues

Dear customer,

2 weeks ago, we informed you about the severe impact affecting the machines regarding the expired certificate issue. Throughout this period, teams in Siemens came together for bringing an automated solution to fix the problem.

After all the evaluation and verification stages of several solutions, we now have a solution in our hand to fix the problem. The solution will take effect starting next week by replacing the existing certificates and placing a new certificate. In order for the solution to take full effect, Siemens will organize repetitive actions in certain periods of next week also so the whole affected machines can be recovered.

MindSphere is facing a slowness issue and currently teams are working on the issue. We will provide update as soon as possible

EU1 Maintenance Scheduled Maintenance With NO DOWNTIME on EU1
